They invest in educational qualifications and ongoing education to obtain specialized knowledge in early childhood development and education, integrating Spanish language learning into their work.
Our office will confirm the receipt of your agreement and initial payment, ensuring that we are on the same page regarding your wants and needs.’ We will immediately begin the search, which will take a minimum of 2 weeks and a maximum of 4 weeks from the date of your first payment.
We are dedicated to providing professional candidates who have the knowledge and passion for their work. We typically send an average of 3-5 profiles, and our clients usually interview 2 or 3 individuals before making a hiring decision.
Once you make the decision on which candidate to hire, we will confirm with the nanny their availability for the job offer. The verification of their criminal background will be sent to you via email within a maximum of 5 business days.
We will follow up with you and the nanny multiple times throughout the year.

If your nanny is not working out, we will replace them once or a maximum of two times, free of charge, within the first 6 months from their hiring. This means that within the first 6 months, you are guaranteed three nannies. If the first one doesn’t work, you will have two more options.
It includes the backup nanny service when your regular nanny is on vacation. A minimum scheduling of 60-30 days is required. You are responsible for providing paid pre-training to the nanny who will be covering for your regular nanny. We will ensure to send you a suitable and available person to fill in.
We have nannies who are willing to establish long-term commitments and are ready to enter into agreements for a minimum of one year. As the nannies are making a commitment, we suggest to our clients that they commit to guaranteeing a minimum number of hours per week. For full-time service, it is a minimum of 40 hours, and for part-time service, it is a minimum of 20 hours.
Agreement between you and the nanny. We will send you an email with an ‘Agreement Template’ similar to a family-nanny contract, which you can modify and adapt to the agreed-upon terms accepted by both parties. It is always important to have in writing the schedules, agreements, responsibilities, etc. This ensures the formation of a respectful and stable team between the family and the nanny and is key to maintaining the established duties and responsibilities from the beginning.
